It was fairly nice time in Tuxtla Gutierrez. Everything seemed exceptional, really friendly staff, bright rooms. Amazing and easy location just next door to central park, and city center, I felt safe. Easily reached Las Pichanchas, located at a short distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

Had a wonderful xmas stay at this hotel! the complementary coffee and breakfast were a great way to start the day. Plus, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city on foot , we were able to walk to all the top tourist spots easily. the cozy rooms were another highlight of our stay , we loved the luxurious bedding and comfortable pillows. And the staff members went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

I loved this hotel. It was located in the heart of the city and the transportation was very convenient, I could easily visit most places I wanted to see in the town. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impressive. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they even helped me book a tour. Also, the breakfast was awesome.
